** The PVL, with the unanimous approval of all 12 teams, announced it will replay the first two games of the Reinforced Conference. This decision was made because all four teams that played on opening day—ZUS Coffee, Akari, Choco Mucho, and Capital1—competed without their foreign reinforcements. The issue, which stemmed from delays in securing their International Transfer Certificates (ITCs), was resolved on Wednesday, October 8, when the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) finally signed the clearances for all 12 league imports.
